Punjab Education Foundation Announces Monitoring Officer Jobs for Ex-Servicemen

The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has announced vacancies for Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (MEOs), with successful candidates set to receive a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 along with applicable allowances.
A total of 26 positions are being offered across various districts of Punjab. According to the recruitment advertisement, 21 seats have been reserved for ex-servicemen, while the remaining five positions are open to fresh and civilian applicants.
PEF operates as an autonomous organization under the School Education Department of the Government of Punjab. The foundation supports free education for approximately 4 million children throughout the province.
Eligibility Requirements
Ex-servicemen applying for the positions must have served as Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), or equivalent ranks in the Pakistan Army, Navy or Air Force.
Applicants from the ex-servicemen category must have at least 14 years of education and fall within the age bracket of 30 to 55 years.
For civilian or fresh applicants, the minimum educational qualification is 16 years of education. Candidates must also be between 25 and 40 years old.
Those selected for the positions will receive Rs. 60,000 per month, in addition to allowances provided under PEF’s applicable human resources policy.

The 26 Monitoring and Evaluation Officer vacancies have been distributed across multiple districts and tehsils of Punjab.
The recruitment drive covers Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Jhelum, Kasur, Khanewal, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Bahauddin, Multan, Murree, Muzaffargarh, Okara, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sialkot, Taunsa and Vehari.

Application Process and Deadline
Interested applicants are required to submit their applications through Central Testing Services Pakistan (CTS) and follow the instructions provided in the official recruitment advertisement.
The online application deadline is September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Applicants will also need to provide supporting documents, which may include a CV, deposit slip, NOC where required, domicile certificate, two photographs, CNIC, educational certificates and relevant proof of experience.
